Why not - they weren't going to do my body any harm - RIGHT? And back in my early years of infertility, I was willing to do ANYTHING to get a BFP. But hindsight is a bitch and knowing what I know now, none of these infertility superstitions/myths would have work for me - Sarah either. 5 Infertility, IVF & Fertility Treatments Superstitions & Myths Debunked One - they were way too narrow minded. Only focusing on "implantation" - I know now there's a LOT more to get & maintaining a healthy pregnancy. Two - They may not have individually "hurting" my chances. But with all the other shit going on in my body, they were adding to the inflammation and chaos going on, which was making me infertile. Does that mean you shouldn't do them? Well, here's the thing - many of these IVF & infertility superstitions - myths can be doing you more harm than helping.
