In this episode we speak with Jane Lebak, author of Carrying to Term: A Guide for Parents After a Devastating Prenatal Diagnosis Jane's daughter  Emily Rose was diagnosed with a fatal birth defect at her 22 week ultrasound. Jane and her husband spent the next twenty weeks bonding with her and loving her before she was born at 42 weeks. Emily Rose lived in their arms for two hours. Jane shares with us her journey about pre-grief, preparing to deliver her child knowing her life would be short afterwards.
