His father was a sponsored athlete and his mother was devoted to yoga. With great examples to take after, this was not a concern in Josh's life. The nutrition side of things was never a huge struggle, and fitness was a love of his. As an adolescent, Josh attended a very small school where he played all the sports just so they had enough players, can you imagine playing offense and defense on the football team? He has always been an incredibly hard worker and that has greatly influenced his adult life. By the age of 34, Josh has served in the Marines, attended art school, built houses from the ground up, and married the love of his life.
