5 killed, including off-duty officer, in Raleigh mass shooting

Five people were killed, including an off-duty police officer, in a mass shooting in Raleigh Thursday. The suspect, only identified as a minor, was taken into custody late Thursday night, police said. We have an update from NBC News in Raleigh, plus reaction from Gov.
