Kira is a Brooklyn raised New Yorker working full time in tech and travel.  She uses her blog, ByKwest, as an outlet for her two greatest passions: Fitness and Travel and she is dedicated to making Wellness inclusive.   In this episode, we discuss how Kira developed her love for travel and fitness and started her blog from the ground up, how she chooses which brands to work with, how she is staying balanced during quarantine, and why wellness is a RIGHT, not a privilege.
