Our kids get to see us doing things we love that light us up so our kids don't have to believe that just because there's this narrative of adulting doesn't mean we don't get to play. Happiness research shows that to have overall well-being, the most important thing is connection and relationships with other people, so why not get that connection with other people through sports...whether it's playing, watching, or talking about sports.
