5 Lessons of Leadership You NEED for 2024 (Even If You’re An Army Of 1)

The new year is upon us!   It’s a great time to reflect on the year you’ve had and get ready for the one that is coming.   So since I’ve had a year filled with tremendous challenges and triumphs, I wanted to share the biggest lessons I learned this year.    Lessons like how to stick to my vision. When we first started our live events 25 people showed up. We’ve grown so much since then that our last event had 95 attendees, and it looks like the next one in January will blow that number out of the water.    Also lessons like how to be courageous.
