This Free recording is aimed at helping you to reduce your level of chronic pain. I talk directly to that part of your body that was causing you the physical & emotional discomfort. By gently conversing with that part of your body, you can feel a sense of increased relaxation, not just there, but throughout your body and mind. Only listen to this or watch the video on YouTube, when you can safely close your eyes. Also, always make sure you know the cause of your chronic pain issues, before using any kind of pain reduction techniques. I recommend seeking professional medical advice, regarding any medical conditions. Listening to my boring voice can really be of benefit in relaxing completely and you can enjoy taking a break from any discomfort you may have been experiencing. At the start of the session, I ask you to gauge the level of your chronic pain, on a scale from 1-10. Then at the end I again ask you to revisit that pain scale to discover how much the pain level has gone down. Also, I ask you to notice, not just your increased level of comfort in that previously problematic area, but also how the rest of your body feels more relaxed and calm.
