5【MinMin】First home in Japan

When I first came to Tokyo to study abroad, I lived in a share house. I didn't go to a real estate agent. I found the place on the internet in a community for Koreans studying in Tokyo. When I got the house, three Korean girls were already living there. There were two people using the same room! The point is, some Korean rented the house and lent it to other people. So we just paid that person. One day, one of my roommates said this contract is illegal, and he/she didn’t want to sign it again. If you want to keep living in this apartment, you have to pay for all the utilities, which was crazy!
