5 Minute Meditation - Blending Practices to Create the Time

from Personal Shaman · host Polly Behringer

I wanted to get back to meditating, but I was struggling with time constraints of incorporating into the flow of my day. It turns out a lot of listeners, friends and people that ask me about meditation do too! I take on a brief journey over coffee on my front porch sharing how I'm modifying and stacking habits / routines that I'm already doing that are part of my journey and melding holistic practices like yoga and meditation.  In this episode, you will find a BRIEF 5-MINUTE GUIDED MEDITATION that includes connecting to your breath and body. Before you know it, the meditation is over! I would challenge you to re-explore this episode daily over the course of 2 weeks; doing the 5 minute meditation every day and journal how you feel after the session. The meditation begins around the 4:55 mark. Subscribe to my website, RELEASE RESET to stay in the know about upcoming events - like our annual retreat and classes! Learn more about BioCoffee !
