I really want to start working out and trying to tone up but wanted to ask your opinion on whether its too late for me cause im old... im 53 and my body has gone really flabby in the last year. Before that it wasnt too bad. Is it still possible to tone up at my age. My problem areas are upper and lower arms, ( I have cellulite even in these areas),stomach (really bad), thighs and butt (which are full of cellulite). .thanks  2 - About Laura S - Remote 1-on-1 health/fitness private coaching client  3 - Small group private coaching program - common obstacles of "LIFE" 4 - Local Flyer/coupon magazine - landed with weight loss scams and rip-offs 5 - another big weight loss Scam - supplemental drops and “Special fat-burning Diet” Good afternoon Joey actually I haven’t started. in December I bought into a total scam program from a lady in Las Vegas Dr ________. she was featured on a Las Vegas morning talk shows several times stating that she can help anyone lose weight with her program and I bought into it. $1500 bought me four bottles Of drop supplements and her eating plan which after two months did absolutely nothing for me. Extremely discouraged because of all the money I spent. I will be buying your exercise program soon. I have just finished reading Dr. ___________ book called the ________ because food is a huge part of the outcome. Thank You Joey for reaching out. I must say I am overly impressed by how much you are connected with your clients I’ve never seen anything like it.
