In this episode Jane talks to Professor Sue Black about her experience as a single mother who fled domestic abuse and went to a women’s refuge with her three children at the age of 25. Driven by the need to provide for her family by herself she began studying for a qualification. Today she’s Professor of Maths at Durham University, a serial entrepreneur, Philanthropist and proud grandmother.
