During his childhood, his father called him a “retard” while his mother dressed him in girl’s clothes and called him “Kristen.” It didn’t help that at school, Clark was also heavily bullied. Between 1960 and 1971, he victimized unsuspecting children and women before he was finally captured. On the outside and to the children, he was known as “Uncle Ted.” A kind, genial man who dressed up as Santa Claus for Christmas, gave them gifts and laughed. Paisnel’s mother-in-law ran a children’s home called La Preference which Edward frequented. He also hung out at another children’s home called Haut de La Garenne. Meanwhile, he and his wife hosted orphans in their home. All this gave him very easy access to his victims.Support the show Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

I'm Patti and it's been said - many times - that I talk too much. I'm a teacher, author, nature lover and for ten years I owned a coffeehouse cafe where my faith in the goodness of humans was restored every day. This podcast highlights the awesomeness of humanity - er...outside the warmongers, globalists, tyrants and politicians in general. You know, the rest of us weird, quirky and sometimes hilarious humans. We'll talk woo, probe mysteries and leave you thinking about something more interesting or entertaining or uplifting than your grocery list, or boss or that oil change your car needs. I talk too much because I can't help my Gemini moon and Leo Rising nature. I do a podcast because it's cheaper, funnier and more productive than therapy.  EXPLORE WITH US Explore With Us If you love true crime and mysteries, you will love this podcast!
