#5 Redefining failure, creating to feed your soul and forgetting about the results- with Ania Pilch

In this episode, i have a wholesome conversation with my dear friend Ania Pilch and we touch on different subjects: A fashion brand she had created in the past along with her sister - a project that is no longer alive. Do we call such projects a failure and doing so, aren't we taking away from the beauty of that experience? Should we celebrate our achievements more often and why don't we? Do we need to be perfect at our hobbies, keep them going for a long time and aim for a noticeable improvement? Or should we just do it for fun?
