This is what can happen when we let go of needing to fight and effort and sell our souls to fit in or to "get what we want" ...   It's designed to have us believe we need to do that first...  so that we suffer with fake faith and attachment and power to things outside of us to make us happy...  Only to bring us back to the sense of truth that can only be known by YOU personally .. It can't actually be "taught"...  But we can hear and feel things that remind us ...  We already come here knowing how the game works... It seems we are designed to forget ...
