So, a lot of you probably think I’m talking about food but not this time. I watched a video of Mel Robbins last night and she talked about the 5 Second Rule. The act of counting down from five in any situation to change your mindset in any sort of time. That could be your business, your finances, your relationships. Your response in that five second window will depict of your situation. If you’re able to think about, without hesitation, by leaning in and speaking up or pushing forward or you lean back, you step back, and you hold yourself back from what’s in front of you. Think about that. Five seconds can determine a lot. Learn to push forward. Don’t hesitate. Go for what you want and I’ll tell you right now. I’ve always spoken up and I won’t be stopping any time soon.
