Quick recap: GOALS stands for Goal, Objectives, Activities, Logistics, and Schedule. Today, we're using a Realtor avatar aiming to serve 120 families in 2024 as an example.First up, we've got three key objectives: closing 60 buyers and 60 sellers, creating an effective client engagement system, and increasing our social media presence. For Objective 1, closing deals, we're prioritizing the highest probability objective — the one that sets us up for major success. The activities? These are the tried-and-true actions that, when done consistently, bring results time after time.Moving on to Objective 2, crafting an effective client engagement system. Think quarterly client appreciation events, community outreach, increasing client reviews and referrals, and creating a level 5 experience for the client. We're talking about building relationships that last beyond the transaction, creating a memorable experience from start to finish.Objective 3 is all about increasing our social media presence to reinforce our other objectives. We're defining goals, creating a posting schedule, and boosting engagement.The bottom line? Reflect on what worked for you in 2023, adapt the steps to your unique circumstances, and make 2024 your breakthrough year. Remember, never give up, and let's make those goals a reality together!
