Heute zu Gast ist City Center Weiden - Geschäftsführer Philipp Kaufmann. Bevor er den Weg in die Oberpfalz suchte, verbrachte der gebürtige Hesse seine letzten Stationen als Center Manager und City-Manager. 2013 verschlug es Philipp nach Weiden in der Oberpfalz, wo er bis heute Geschäftsführer des für viele in der Region bekannten City Centers in Weiden ist. Er gab dem City Center nicht nur ein junges Geschäftsführer-Gesicht, sondern kümmert sich seit seinem Beginn um die Weiterentwicklung der Räume und ümmerte sich um langfristige Partner in zugleich herausfordernden Zeiten des stationären Einzelhandels. Er ist Impuls- und Ideengeber, übt dort Kritik wo es ihm zu langsam und chaotisch erscheint und bleibt sich so selbst treu. Wie er seine Mannschaft führt, welche Ideen er für den stationären Einzelhandel sieht und wie man langfristige Partnerschaften mit großen Handelsmarken pflegt, erzählt er uns in der heutigen Folge.
