Today we talked about the knee and how to keep you the field or off the surgery table. We tackled simple tests on how to do a quick fix of the knee and increase the your mobility. Bottom line most people have some pain in their knee and most of the people (90%+) hurt because they do not move correctly. So lets fix the way you move and the way you bend that knee , then magically the knee pain will reduce and your activity level will increase. Its that simple, yes there are some cases where the structure of the knee is destroyed by that is the few compared to amount of people that complain about knee pain.
