#5 - The Only Moment That You Have Is The Present - الوقت الوحيد الذي تملكه هو الحاضر

In this episode I wanted to take the time to cover a topic that I wanted to talk about for a while to be honest. Because if you take time to look around you you're gonna quickly realize that everyone is not giving too much importance to the present moment even though our entire life is based around our present. Focusing too much on the past or on the future is bad because it's gonna hold you back from taking action and therefore reaching your dreams. And I guess it's not what you want, right ?  I really hope you've spent a good time with me and you've taken some useful lessons from today's episode, because that's clearly the most important thing for me.
