It's a trifle really: one egg of a purple worm, the central eye of a beholder, 6 feathers from 6 different angels, the heart of a goristro, thirteen tinmask mushrooms, some blood (or ichor) from a demon lord, and Gromph Baenre's grimoire from his sanctum in Menzoberranzan.
