5 Ways to De-Stress Your Day

from The Madelyn Moon Show (Previously Mind Body Musings) · host Maddy Moon

Episode 48: I've been trying to reclaim my self-care habits lately in order to de-stress and create more focus. I realize that there are a few things I've been doing (and not doing) every day that have built up some anxiety in my mind, which in turn, distracts me from creating the best content possible for YOU, my lovely followers. Well, that didn't sit right with me. In efforts to recharge my drive, I've made a few recent lifestyle adjustments to help me to relax and feel more energized. Today I'm coming to you with a few of my favourite new ways to de-stress and set my morning up for the most successful day possible. Hope you enjoy these new ideas! (and be sure to be patient/kind with yourself as you get started!) Here's what I discuss in this episode: How I am paying more attention to my self-care habits I'm on Periscope as "Madelyn Moon" (follow me!) My #1 KEY to reclaiming my focus throughout the day The importance of doing this every morning A few of my favourite podcasts A creative activity that brings me inspiration every time I do it A ritual I started doing every morning One of the biggest contributing factors to my daily happiness (and various ways to achieve it) Squatty Potty (click here) [Tweet "Feeling unfocused most mornings?
