50 - Episode 50 Dad/Grandpa Beers Extravaganza! (Labatt 50 vs. Black Label vs. Molson OV/Old Vienna)

On this milestone episode of Domestic Pints ONLY, we celebrate our 50th episode by sampling some iconic mid-20th century Canadian beers, which were the kind of beers your dad or grandpa enjoyed in little stubbie bottles! We start off with the aptly named LABATT 50. We then proceed to the classic and internationally popular CARLING BLACK LABEL. We wrap up with a celebrated beer that originated in the United States in the 19th century, but is now produced today under the Molson label - OV (or alternatively known as 'Old Vienna'). We recommend you check these beers out as they all were a pleasant surprise. Next week we return to the craft scene to sample some select Gose sour beers.
