girl, before you make those new year intentions, you first need to ACKNOWLEDGE, HONOUR , LOVE + REFLECT on the year that was today's episode, we journal together. I share some of my wins, loses, challenges and celebrations of 2023 to help you get your inner wisdom talking to you through scripting. take some time for yourself, without distractions, grab a pen and a few sheets of paper or note book and honour the person you were last year. special note as well - this is for you and you only, zero self judgement or editing is allow, just you being honest with yourself and creating space for the new in 2024.
