50. How to stop wanting to escape your job

Have you ever thought: "If only I could quit my job, everything would be better." And you daydream about following your passions, or traveling, or going after that business idea you've always fantasized about?   But you know, deep down, that you will never quit your office job, for whatever reason. And that depresses you.   Well, hopefully today's episode will make you feel a bit better. It talks about how these types of dreams often have little grounding in reality. They are wishful goals that haven't been set, so they can't be reached. Reaching for these unset goals can only leave you disappointed.   NOTE: There is something I should have said in this episode that I forgot to include. Everything I talk about in this episode is my personal opinion from life experiences. I generalize "office jobs" and realize that all jobs and situations are different.
