#50 Quality of Young Engineers

Young Engineers are the basis of our firm. When we don't train them properly, we won't have a next generation. Meaning that the longevity of clients and those continuing relationships will dwindle. We also have to remember what it's like for a young engineer and how much they have to learn in a short period of time. Helping them along the way and not throwing everything at them immediately will allow them to grow at a good pace and still help you get done what you need to.  @dillonAMitchell @kowabungastudios
