50: Show up as the best version of you

Imagine your higher self and show up as that person. Easier said than done.  In this episode, i delve deep into the embodiment of your higher self and trusting that inner compass and how to get back to peace as your higher self can only come out when you are at peace. This year my goal is to empower myself and my community which consists of all of you - beautiful souls.
