No one was really sure back then that it was going to be a sustainable concept.    In 2023, Caddo is building 35,000 foot suburban locations that they refer to as: "Your neighborhood office space. Flexible office rentals, coworking space and day office rentals."  ​​   Tim Slaughter shares the Caddo story - how it grew up from a very careful, intentional acqusition the team made to learn the business and "not screw it up."
