Send us Fan MailMichael Koltes, was born in Germany on January 1st. From an early age started performing all over the world with his family. At 16 he set off to Africa to work with Pro Health but returned to Europe after Malaria health challenges. At 18 he moved to London and signed up to study acting at Central. He started in theater but quickly moved into music where he set up the band Hypo Psycho. After getting signed and enjoying chart success with their album Somebody Someday the opportunity came to appear in Ridley Scotts Robin Hood opposite Cate Blanchet. Several years later he was playing the lead in The Boston tv series and cult classic Ghosts of Darkness. After a few years of challenges in London, it was time for a change, after a year of travelling he settled in China. In China he starred in several movies and TV series including Three Body, City of Chaos and Karl Marx. While the whole world was being rocked by Covid, he started learning Reiki and Geobiology and is now a master helping others come to terms with their challenges, finding and living their dreams, working with the Make A Wish foundation. in 2025, he started writing music and again and in October finished recording his debut solo album We Are Stars, due to be released on all major platforms February 8th. The album is about Youth, Dreams and Love as well as song dedicated to his late mother, If Only I Could Fly.
