#50. We Don't Know the Whole Story Yet

When we stop and slow down the minutes become thicker and longer.  When we slow down we have more time ; time becomes more spacious.. more precious. When we empty the mind  the heart fills up. Grief contains wisdom. And on my day of retreat I heard its whispers .  Things in life cannot be judged merely in "good" or "bad". Only time will tell the whole story. Like in the Taoist story about the old farmer. As we go through the transition in the world we are invited to let go of things that belong to the world we leave behind.  To tune in... to take a breath... to trust the inner voice, our soul.
