Dr. Bernd Schafberger ist Head of Venture Capital Investments & Prokurist bei Bayern Kapital, einem der aktivsten VC-Investoren im DACH-Raum. Über den Gast Dr. Bernd Schafberger (Head of Venture Capital Investments & Prokurist, Bayern Kapital) absolvierte einen Master of Science in Banking & Finance an der Steinbeis Hochschule und promovierte anschließend. Seine enge Verbindung zu Bayern Kapital begann bereits im Januar 2014, als er als Investment Manager in das Unternehmen eintrat und dort knapp zehn Jahre lang – bis Mai 2023 – den Investmentbereich maßgeblich mitprägte, zuletzt als Investment Director. Von Juni 2023 bis August 2024 wechselte er als Director Corporate Finance zur DRÄXLMAIER Group, einem der führenden deutschen Automobilzulieferer, bevor er im September 2024 zu Bayern Kapital zurückkehrte und seitdem als Head of Venture Capital Investments und Prokurist die gesamten Venture-Capital-Investitionsaktivitäten des Unternehmens mitverantwortet.
