507 - NEW RULES, NEW SHERIFF

Evidently threats and kidnappings weren't enough to take Phil seriously and internet issues persist. Today we've taken some extra exxxtremist measures but still experiencing disconnects and service outages. Short of building a tower of my own with interlocking arcs of a satellite array, I'm out of options after being 4 internet providers deep.
