509. Cannabis, Rebellion, and the Future of Medicine: A Conversation with Dr. Bridget

In this episode, I had an enlightening conversation with Dr. Bridget, a family physician who spent almost twenty years at the Cleveland Clinic, about her journey with cannabis and plant medicine. We discussed how witnessing a patient's health transformation through cannabis use changed her perspective on medicine, leading her to become more critical and open-minded about alternative treatments. We also delved into the story of Ohio's medical program and the impact it had on the medical community, as well as the role of pharmaceutical companies and lobbyists in shaping legislation around cannabis.
