51 Dr Ruth Gotian, Executive Coach and Author: The Success Factor - How To Be Successful

Today’s guest is someone I’ve been following for a while and hoping to bring on to The Unlock Moment – I’m so delighted she said yes. Dr Ruth Gotian is a leading executive coach and trusted mentor. She was ranked as the #1 emerging management thinker in the world by Thinkers50. She is also the Chief Learning Officer in Anesthesiology and former Executive Director of the Mentoring Academy at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York. In addition to publishing in academic journals, she is a contributor to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Psychology Today. Her research is about the mindset and skillset of peak performers, including Nobel laureates, astronauts, and Olympic champions, which she writes about in her award-winning book, The Success Factor published early in 2022.
