A good template for how to do IFS solo. 🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs): - like a raccoon or cat, scared of the unknown, scared of Emily leading herself. - rather be celebrating - needs daily checkin and go to fun places 🎓 What I'd like to do differently: A most organic conversation.
