In deze podcast bespreek ik samen met Jasper Gevers hoe hij de samenwerking ervaart in een flexibel contract met een aannemer en hoe Jasper uiteindelijk is geworden wat hij eigenlijk niet wilde, namelijk ambtenaar. Jasper heeft in verschillende keukens gekeken in het werkveld. Hij is adviseur geweest bij een ontwerpbureau. Heeft bij de aannemer gewerkt en is nu projectleider bij de gemeente Arnhem. In zijn rol als projectleider werkt hij mee aan de plannen rondom de wijk Kronenburg in Arnhem. Deze wijk en het bijbehorende winkelcentrum zijn aan een opknapbeurt toe. Voor de realisatie van 26 deelprojecten is gezocht naar een passende aannemer. Voor de samenwerking die naar verwachting zo’n 11 jaar gaat duren heeft de gemeente een flexibel contract opgesteld.
