51 It does matter who runs the cities

A question about why we kowtowed to Stalin on attacking Normandy instead of moving up through Italy.  For decades Democrats have run large cities and urban school districts.  They have failed their populations, have brutalized them with their police forces, and some say that party doesn't matter.  It is dishonest to say so when these same places have been locked into one party rule for so long.
