Die 1987 in Hoogeveen geborene Niederländerin Kim Oszvald-Renkema begann früh mit dem Volleyballsport. Im Jahr 2010 wechselte sie erstmals in die baden-württembergische Landeshauptstadt – damals hieß der Verein Smart Allianz Stuttgart. 2012 ging es für zwei Jahre nach Italien zu Riso Scotti Volley Pavia, ehe 2014 die Rückkehr nach Stuttgart erfolgte. Mit dem Stuttgarter Team wurde Oszvald-Renkema zweimal nationaler Pokalsieger. 2017 wechselte sie schließlich ins Management des Vereins und ist dort seither als Sportdirektorin von Allianz MTV Stuttgart tätig. In dieser Zeit wurde der Verein u.a. drei Mal Deutscher Meister und nahm an der Champions League teil.
