She currently has a private practice based in Texas where she focuses on working with high-functioning, driven individuals like moms, entrepreneurs, business professionals and leaders specifically on things like stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. With Shanaz we talk about building a business with multiple parts as a way to get ahead of burnout.
