I used to journal like crazy. I’d write: "I want a healthy, secure relationship." But then... my partner would pull away just a little — maybe a slow text back or just not that affectionate … And suddenly, BOOM 💥⛈️ I’m triggered. I’m spiraling. I’m checking their tone, rereading their messages, wondering if I did something wrong. (You know the drill.)
