Holy Shift! Ready for one?! Book a call with Dani to talk through if working one-on-one with her or working through one of her programs could help you! Click here to schedule! Hi friend! Today’s episode was inspired by Will Smith’s apology on Instagram this week to Chris Rock. We won’t get into all the details, but one thing he said was way too important not to share! And I think an essential life lesson we can all learn from, especially if you’ve ever struggled with mistakes or choices you’ve made in the past.  There’s a difference between taking responsibility for your actions and not allowing them to define you. When you allow these things to define who you are, the tendency is to fall into condemnation and shame, and it’s nearly impossible to heal and move forward.  Mentions: Quote of the week:  “The work I’m trying to do is, I am deeply remorseful, and I’m trying to be remorseful without being ashamed of myself.”—Will Smith.  Verse of the Week: Psalm 34:5 “Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.” & Psalm 34:8b “blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.” Song of the week: “Whole Heart” By Hillsong // YouTube // Spotify // iTunes // Also, I'd love for you to join me in a 6-week group coaching program that launches in September! Email [email protected], and we will add you to the waitlist and send you more info about it next week.  I'm cheering for you!
