Suzanne Nagel is the founder and owner of the Om Lounge yoga studios in the Strip and East Liberty. She is a mother, teacher, and leads retreats around the world. She is known as a mentor for young instructors and also for her rigorous classes that push students to achieve more. Our first conversation was one of my earliest and most popular episodes. It encouraged me to keep going with the podcast when I saw the success I had with our first talk.
