51 – Under The Sea (Marine Life with Thomas Burton & Chris Chambers)

This week, Liz and Melody are diving into the ocean deep with aquarium expert Thomas Burton and marine biologist (and Melody’s husband and sometimes cohost) Chris Chambers. The boys give us the lowdown on many marine creatures: electric eels, deep sea isopods, giant squid, octopi, what Melody calls a “Puppy Dog Fish” and the fascinating and prehistoric coelacanth, just to name a few. We also go deep in the Marianas Trench and discuss the coral reef and how people are working to save it.
