from Confidently Uncomfortable

Head to https://www.jgofitlife.com/bcb to fill out your application. *Spots are Limited* Jordan caught up with Erika Taylor (@tayloringstyle) after she completed her BCB Journey. Erika was comfortable where she was, but joined BCB to gain strength and confidence. She got all of that, and then some! Connect with Jordan: @JGoFitLife https://www.instagram.com/jgofitlife Apply to be a part of J.Go's Body Confident Blueprint coaching program: https://www.jgofitlife.com/bcb Connect with Erika @TayloringStyle About Erika: Erika is a full-time teacher and part-time style blogger living in Charlotte NC.  Erika met Jordan while she was with a personal training client at her gym.  Jordan became Erika's personal trainer, and Erika helped Jordan create her capsule wardrobe and "Taylor" her closet.  What was life like before BCB? Erika was working out pretty consistently, but wasn't challenging herself.  She was fairly healthy, but feels like she was being restrictive. She journaled a lot, but didn't focus on mindset too much. She wanted to feel stronger and more confident.  What helped her during the Discovery Call? She felt comfortable and supported and got that push to take it to the next level.  The call got her thinking about making this shift in her life. If she didn't do it now, would she ever? It was a turning point. She didn't want to stay stuck in the same place. What made you drawn to BCB as a program? The mindset aspect was huge. Having access to Jordan made it really personalized.  She loved the group aspect and getting to grow alongside like minded women.  She felt like if she went over on her Macros, for example, Jordan wasn't a coach who would admonish her. She felt comfortable.  What was her experience like?:  She's learned to be more patient with herself and trust the timeline. She's learned to celebrate the small wins and let them give her more confidence. She's learned to map out what she wants and believe it is all achievable.  She's gained confidence to keep putting herself out there one little bit at a time. She's had moments of struggle that would have broken her before BCB, but now she can handle difficulties with confidence knowing that she'll work through them.  She feels like a happier person and a happier person to be around.  What's the biggest win Erika had from the program?  She's had so many wins, it's hard to choose one! Overall confidence and physical strength.  She's shifting towards improving the quality of her life and creating long term change. She knows that everything she wants WILL happen, and she's excited about the future knowing that her actions are leading her to her goals.  She used to compare her life to the timeline her friend's are on. Instead of feeling bad about not being married or having children (yet), she chooses to be grateful. The mindset shift helped her be grateful for the time she has to work on herself and invest in herself. It's all preparing her for the future.  What advice would you give to girls just starting their BCB Journey? You get what you put in. Pour yourself into it because you'll get so much more.  It's overwhelming, but make it so it works for you. She made folders in her phone of all the apps she used daily while going through BCB.  Make yourself a priority. BCB is about YOU.

NEWMORROW SESSIONS - A PodCast Series on the Future of Hospitality Mario C. Bauer, Florian Schneider, Axel Weber & Dr. Tillman Bardt The Newmorrow PodCast is more than a podcast — it's a platform for open dialog on the future of our business, a platform for those building what doesn’t exist yet. Here, we share and embrace our passion for the hospitality industry, but we won’t romanticize the journey. We ask the tough questions, confront uncomfortable truths, and prepare for a future that resists easy answers. We believe that the tougher and wilder times become, the more openly, honestly and humanely people need to talk to each other and act together. We believe, openness, togetherness, and truthfulness should also be cornerstones of a professional community to develop our utopian idea of „open source“. This is a space where visionaries don’t just imagine the future — they wrestle with the paradoxes that shape it: success vs. happiness, data vs. instinct, stability vs. reinvention. Join leaders, entrepreneurs, and thinkers as they share not what made them — but what’s actively shaping them, now and next.
