I have decided to dedicate the month of January to Bay Area Thrash Metal and what better way to kick it off than with one of the Kings of Thrash Mr Rob Cavestany.

Recently Death Angel was Nominated for a Grammy for their new record Humanicide. This is their first Nomination in the 38 year history of the band.

Rob and I have been friends for over 35 years so we dive way deep into some old Bay Area stories.
