#518 Jason Flom with Jermaine Archer

On July 21, 1997 in Brooklyn, NY, Patrick Niles, a passenger in a vehicle, was shot in the head and killed. The driver of the car and surviving eyewitness, Carlos Bethune, initially reported that he did not recognize the shooter, but later identified the perpetrator as Jermaine Archer.
