#52 - Alex Connor

from FitStoryTV · host Matthew Harris | FitStory Company

The founder and owner of Fearless Training and host of the Roar Knowledge podcast, Alex Connor came through to spend some time with us and share his story. Born out of the UK, now living in Australia, Alex talks about how fitness was something he did from a young age. Being inspired by his dad who would take him to the gym to train, it became part of his identity early on. He went on to become a personal trainer, and found his "all in" moment after prepping for a bodybuilding show. Since then, he has been pursuing a constant state of growth, personally and professionally, and is crafting a huge vision for Fearless Training in the near future. We dive into many topics that branch off from his story, and have an organic, grass roots conversation about what it life really is and how to be more human in 2021. If you loved this episode, leave a rating and review. We'd also love to see it shared on social media, so screenshot it and tag us on your IG stories.
