Amber's website Amber's Instagram Amber's Notes from the Sidelines: Our evolution doesn't happen by avoiding or fighting the experiences of our journey; breakthroughs happen with surrender and acceptance. It is what it is -- if it could have been different, it would have been different. You are right on time for the life you're living. Holding the pain of regret only hurts us and makes our present selves suffer in a story that's not happening right now. Let your dreams be the thing that shows you that there's a different world available. We live with stories that aren't real. When we change our perspective, we see our stories differently. Whatever has happened to you on the journey is not your fault, and you can and must let it go if you want to be free. The greatest gift we can give ourselves is being honest about how we feel. If you're miserable, you've got to make a change and do something different. You can't live your whole life being miserable and blaming someone else for your misery. No one person, program, or coach is going to do the work for you. It's about how you apply what you've learned. And what fuels you is your beliefs. If the collective sisterhood stepped into empowerment, we would change the trajectory of humanity. Let yourself be enough. It's so much easier to relate to and connect with other people. **The information provided on this podcast does not, and is not intended to constitute legal or medical advice; all information, content, and material on this site are for general informational purposes only.
