I had the pleasure of doing a live podcast episode with the amazing Natalie Martin on Instagram. We dove into being a black leader in the menstrual space and the importance of doing this work. Natalie is a menstrual cycle coach and yoga teacher with a passion for empowerment through embodiment, self-connection, and development. Her yoga classes focus on alignment with the menstrual cycle and she's currently studying in the field of yoga to support fertility. Away from menstruality, Natalie is also a bestselling author writing about love, life, and the bits in between. Her new novel will be released in November 2021.
