52. Doula, Feminine Embodiment & Menstrual Cycle Coach Lindsay Dalton: From hospital to free birth, wild pregnancy & lotus birth

In this episode, I interview Lindsay Dalton. She is a Mama to three children and shares about her experiences here. Lindsay was planning for a homebirth with her first pregnancy, but went over 42 weeks & was coerced into going to the hospital for an induction after the natural induction techniques she was using weren't working. After this experience she learned more about advocating for herself and found a different midwife group that wouldn't force her to go to the hospital if she went past 42 weeks again. She got her homebirth! Finally with her third pregnancy, she had a wild pregnancy (no scans or tests) & a free birth at home with her husband & doula friend present.
